In-house corrections: Salon must be notified within 7 days of service if there is a problem. After 7 days, there will be a charge for the service.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Any guest not giving a 24 hour notice or showing up more than 15 minutes late for their appointment are subject to a non-refundable fee equal to half of the scheduled service, and/or will be asked to pre-pay for any future service.
